working for the experience has truely been a great experience all this while. every work place i've been to, i learn different life experiences, skills and epitomes of the aspects of life. meet people from all woks of life and basically, it is so much joy just joining the workforce, despite the fact that it takes up time and much energy. one of the lessons for the day that i'd like to remember and keep because of inspiration, is on empowerment
what is empowerment? it is the power each and everyone of us has to enhance our mystique. it is reflected in the actions we can perform to wow people or guests in particular. it is the act of going the extra mile just to create exceptional memories for a guest, or breaking away from your regular duties to resolve a guest issue. we are the most important asset in our company's service commitment to our guests. we make the difference between a mediocre and an exceptional guest experience. the limits to our empowerment are our attitude and imagination. the sky is the limit when it comes to anticipating guest' needs and wishes and providing the finest personal service.
