Sunday, July 09, 2006 ( just an update @ Sunday, July 09, 2006 ) few days back, i met a thai girl called cartoon. what was interesting was to find out that we are born on the same day and month in the same year but in 2 different parts of the world, and finally we meet. how bout that! well whats better is that her family runs a resort in thailand. how bout that again! hope to go pop by some time soon man. hiak. the space shuttle was supposed to launch from the NASA Kennedy Space Center on the 1st of July a couple of days back but due to bad weather and something like a tiny part of the shuttle fell off that is why there was no launching. a few days later, possibly on the 4th or 3rd i believe. we launched it! it was a success! and for the first time in my life, i witnessed the rocket shooting through the sky into space. it was amazing, bcos lots of pple gathered just to look out for it. it was like a tiny teenie weenie capsule that transversed the sky, with a bright orange light at its butt. but it was still a magnificent sight that made my hair stand. whoosh. then again, i got to witness the 4th of july celebrations here! cool huh! although i get to see fireworks almost every night bcos of the park show, the 4th of july was different. it had a video on a story to tell about how far the USA has come till today since its independence. it touches you to feel respectful and love toward the USA. way to go man! also, all these months i've been missing meditation classes. always too tired to meditate here but well..cant wait to go home to meet my friends!thank you God~!
